Job summary

Cana Communications, an Eagle Fire-owned company, is seeking a Service Sales Representative in the United States. You will grow service revenue, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and develop lasting relationships across fire, life safety, and low‑voltage solutions.

You’ll work closely with operations, estimating, and technical teams to craft accurate, competitive solutions and drive recurring service opportunities. A strong customer focus and ability to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience with low‑voltage or service offerings.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with business apps and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans to meet revenue and growth goals.
• Build a pipeline for inspection, maintenance, repair, and recurring service.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Develop trusted customer relationships by understanding facilities, systems, and priorities.
• Prepare and present accurate proposals and quotations for service work.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, and technical teams on scope and pricing.
• Maintain Salesforce with opportunities, forecasts, and activity data.
