A well-established commercial general contractor with decades of experience and offices across the Western US is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing Seattle team.

About the role:

You will manage projects in the 10 to 30 million dollar range across K-12, higher education and government or civic sectors, with some retail work as well. Design-build or GC/CM experience is a strong advantage.

This is an exciting time to join, with a new 80 million dollar ground-up stadium project underway for USL soccer and Major League Baseball use.

What we are looking for:

A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction. This could also suit a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to step up into a PM role. Alternative delivery experience, such as design-build or GC/CM, is a plus.
