This is an opportunity for a commercially minded construction professional who enjoys being close to the client, solving problems in the field, and managing a variety of smaller projects from initial request through completion.
The company is open to experienced Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers and early-career Project Managers who are ready to take greater ownership and build a long-term career within a growing Service operation.
You will manage multiple commercial projects at different stages, working directly with clients, property managers, subcontractors, vendors and building teams.
We're open to a range of experience levels, particularly Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers who have commercial construction experience and are ready to take ownership of smaller projects.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam and scheduling software is preferred.
