Job summary

The UPS Store #1565 in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Center Associate to deliver world-class customer service by receiving and processing packages and operating copiers, fax machines, binding, laminating, and POS devices.

You will advise customers on products, services, and best-value options, learn all offerings quickly, and work closely with the UPS Store team to ensure accurate shipping solutions. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and Adobe.
• Excellent phone, verbal and written communication.
• Punctual, reliable and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
• Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions.
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices and is willing to teach others.
