Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Process shipments and provide shipping services (UPS Store system, USPS).
• May open/close the store and assist with end-of-day procedures.
