Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Service Scheduler to oversee delivery of service repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance for customer equipment. You will schedule and dispatch field operatives, maintain customer communication, and ensure timely work.

This role requires strong multitasking, organizational and PC skills, plus the ability to work in an industrial environment. Travel and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the schedule of service work for assigned customers and field operatives.
• Collaborate with Field Operations Managers to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.
• Maintain Planning Board in Siebel for visibility to stakeholders.
• Confirm material delivery with customers and arrange rental equipment or subcontractors as needed.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders about changes or updates.
• Provide Evergreen Agreement and breakdown quotes; secure purchase orders.
• Open service requests and schedule field operatives for emergencies; communicate costs.
• Monitor changes in agreement scope and profitability to stakeholders.
