Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Service Scheduler to oversee service repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance for customer equipment. You will schedule field operatives, communicate with customers, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining planning boards and coordinating with internal teams.

This role requires adaptability in an industrial setting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Occasional travel may be required; overtime may be requested as needed.

• Collaborate with Field Operations Managers to ensure timely and efficient resolutions.
• Maintain Planning Board in Siebel to keep stakeholders updated on schedules.
