• Support SAP tendered repair process and bookings.
• Coordinate with Operations and customers to schedule repairs.
• Interact with General Manager, Sales, Supervisors and Technicians to increase revenue and communication.
• Maintain on-call Scheduler and assist Supervisors.
• Assist Service/Repair Supervisor and audit orders.
