Southern Home Services Corp. is seeking a Dispatcher to join our team. The role involves handling customer requests, coordinating between customers and technicians, and scheduling service visits to ensure timely, satisfactory service.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, 1+ year of admin or customer service experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. The position is full-time, with rotating weekends and regular business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and coworkers.
• Organize, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner.
• Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management.
• Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments.
• Maintain & update customer records based on interactions.
• Process invoice payments.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Develop & maintain a knowledge base of evolving products & services.
• Participate in in-house training on products & services and office software.
• Additional duties as assigned.
