Southern Home Services is seeking a Dispatcher to join our growing residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical services team. You will act as the primary liaison between customers, technicians and management, scheduling service visits and maintaining accurate records.

The position emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a structured environment. We offer growth, training, and a people-first culture with a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required.
• Service Titan is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Dial Duron Service Co. is looking for a dynamic-Dispatcher to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner


• Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management


• Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments


• Maintain & update customer records based on interactions


• Process invoice payments


• Provide information about products and services


• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns


• Develop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers


• Participate in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers & office software required to fulfill this position


• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• $20-30 / hr


• Monday - Friday 9a - 6p and Saturday - Sunday 8a - 5p (rotating weekends)


• Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required


• Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a required


• Service Titan is a plus


• Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers


• Find it rewarding to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively to see a task through to completion


• Work well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment


• Enjoy patiently, empathetically helping others


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The physical requirements of this job include:

• Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office


• Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device.


• Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone


• Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.


• Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.


• Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.
