Southern Home Services is seeking a Dispatcher to join our high-performance office team. You will handle first contact, read calls, and deploy the right technician with intent, prioritizing outcomes over simply filling slots.

This in-office role requires 1–2+ years of dispatch or call center experience, strong MS Office skills, and a customer-first, sales-minded approach. Service Titan experience is a plus. We offer competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Willing to work an in-office role, M-F 8a-5p with weekend rotation.
• 1-2+ years of dispatching/call center experience.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required.
• Service Titan experience is strongly preferred.
• Competitive and motivated by results.
• Sharp, analytical and confident making decisions.
• Strong communicator who can read people and guide conversations.
• Warm, service-minded and hospitality-driven at core.
