Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm service appointments via phone, email, or text.

• Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Coordinate with staff about schedules and changes.
• Resolve schedule conflicts as they occur.
• Share time-critical information between service advisors, parts advisors, and managers.
