Qualifications

• Experience as a medical/health care intake scheduler, front desk agent, document controller, coordinator, or procurement specialist.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm service appointments via phone, email, or text.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of service customer vehicles.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Coordinate with fellow staff about schedules, service customers, and any changes.
• Resolve schedule conflicts as they occur.
• Share time critical information between service advisors, parts advisors, and managers.
