Job summary

Jarrett Ford is seeking a service scheduler to be the first point of contact for customers calling the service department. You will greet visitors, answer phones professionally, and help schedule and manage the day’s appointment roster for multiple shops.

You will work with service advisors and the mobile coordinator to maximize appointment fill and service efficiency, requiring basic knowledge of vehicle makes and models to route work accurately.

Job Description

The service scheduler will be the first person to answer the phone and greet our customers when they call the service department here at Jarrett Scott Ford. With this position, you will need to be able to sit for extended periods of time behind a desk and answer phones in a professional and respectable manner. Also, will need to work alongside advisors and mobile coordinator to schedule and fill the appointment schedule for each given day. As well as calling a multitude of customer list in an attempt to fill the entire appoint roster for each shop. Will need basic understanding of vehicle makes and models and a general vehicle mechanical knowledge to be able to schedule work in the correct shop effectively.
