CentiMark Corporation, a national leader in commercial/industrial roofing, seeks a full-time Service Sales Representative for the Syracuse, NY area. You will self-generate opportunities, prospect and cold-call, market your efforts, perform site inspections, generate proposals and sell roofing projects.

Requirements include prior construction or industrial sales experience and knowledge of commercial roofing. Estimating software skills and strong math abilities are important.

Service Sales Representative (Commercial/Industrial Roofing)

CentiMark Corporation, the National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Service Sales Representative in the Syracuse NY area.

45K-55K in base salary, plus commissions.

Summary of Job Description:

• Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling
• Marketing your efforts throughcoldcalling, performing site inspections, generating proposals,and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects
• Preparing estimates

Job Requirements:

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
• Commercial service roofing experience/knowledge is required
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
• Experience in growing market share
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
• Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
• Estimating software skills
