Job summary

CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an additional, full-time Regional Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in the Northern PA Region. This position focuses on account development and maintenance through the sales of our commercial roofing systems.

This role offers a base pay of $80k + commissions and premier benefits. The salesperson will handle development, site visits, and proposals across commercial/industrial environments within the territory.

Qualifications

• Prior construction or industrial sales experience required.
• 2–3 years of territory and account development experience required.
• History of sales success with solid qualifying and closing ability.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong time and territory management and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accounts; prospect and cold call to expand client base.
• Conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate products.
• Engage end-users like plant managers/engineers in territory.
• Focus sales efforts on commercial/industrial environments within the territory.

Job Summary:

• The salesperson will be responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling/prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings
• Sales activities include new and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries, and material demonstration
• Sales calls deal directly with end-users such as plant managers, plant engineers, and maintenance managers
• Primary sales focus is on various commercial / industrial environments throughout the territory

Candidate Qualifications:

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
• 2-3 years of past territory and account development experience is required
• Demonstrate solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success
• Ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment
• Solid time and territory management skills and strong motivation to develop new accounts
• Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
