This is a key, high-impact position that makes a difference in the world. At Leybold, we help advance the world’s technology by helping companies push the boundaries of their own capabilities. In this position, you will work with applications engineers, product engineers, and account managers to design and offer Leybold service and solutions that help clients supercharge their process efficiencies. This position acts as the service sales liaison between the Leybold factory and the client, with the intent to teach companies how to maximize the lifecycle of their equipment through the VTS Service Ladder.
The physical requirements include regular exposure to mechanical parts, outdoor weather, fumes, airborne particles, and occasional high places or chemicals. The noise level is usually loud. Employees must sit, stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. This is a remote position requiring travel approximately 50% of the time, often overnight.
Responsibility for a defined budget, no direct reports, and interaction with multiple stakeholders.
