Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Service Manager for our HVAC division in the construction industry. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage a team of HVAC professionals, while also driving exceptional customer service and business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

This role oversees a team of technicians and dispatchers who provide emergency service, preventative maintenance programs, retrofits, and upgrades for commercial and industrial customers. Responsible for redeeming operating unit gross profit objectives through leadership and management of staff while meeting contractual commitments to customers in a timely, high quality manner.
