Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Service Route Driver in Kentucky. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 5:30am–1:30pm with rotating weekends; you will load, deliver, and stock products at client locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) and good driving record.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service skills and promote products.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Load the company vehicle with products for service locations.
• Drive to client locations to transport products and food.
• Deliver, load, and unload items as requested.
• Stock shelves or vending machines and ensure refrigeration of products.
• Oversee inventory and merchandise ordering; collect unsold items.
• Collect cash from machines and maintain financial accuracy.
• Provide positive customer interactions and maintain vehicle care.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Service Route Driver. This is Monday - Friday 5:30am - 1:30pm with rotating weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company vehicle is properly loaded with all products needed to service locations
• Drive a vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Deliver, load, and unload products and food as requested
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in the truck and at accounts
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines at accounts
• Manage the care of the company vehicle

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
