Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or operations experience.
• Familiarity with scheduling or route coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with CRM systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule service appointments.
• Provide in-person customer support and assist with service questions.
• Optimize service schedules and assign routes for field technicians.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts; track service completion.
• Coordinate with field teams to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Process invoices, work orders, and discounts accurately.
