Genesis Recruiting is seeking a friendly, motivated Insurance Customer Service Representative for an entry-level role in New York. No prior insurance experience is required, and comprehensive training is provided to help you start your career in the insurance industry.

You will handle inquiries, assist with policy questions, process updates, maintain records, and support daily office operations while delivering excellent service to clients.
