Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Service Representative to be the friendly front-line contact for customers in our New Jersey location. You will handle inquiries, assist with bookings, support management, and drive positive guest experiences.

Key duties include hospitality at all hours, POS handling, cash and stock reconciliation, and maintaining product knowledge across soccer and retail lines. Weekend and some evening shifts required; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications
