Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, deliver quality service, and support management with administrative tasks.

You will engage with customers, inform them about offerings, drive sales, resolve issues, and foster positive patron relationships across our modern, all-season soccer centers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with staff to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, including cash and stock reconciliation procedures.
• Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture of the center.
• Maintain product knowledge for soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative support for management, including word processing and database upkeep.
