Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is hiring a Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers and provide administrative support to our management team.

You will engage with customers, inform them about our offerings, drive sales, resolve issues, and maintain positive patron relationships across all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion and knowledge about the soccer industry.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, independent work style.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Weekend, holiday and some evening availability.
• Retail experience or POS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with staff to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems with cash and stock reconciliation.
• Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
• Maintain product knowledge for soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative support for management, including reception paperwork and database maintenance.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
