• 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service and repair activities.
• Process service requests and maintain accurate records within company systems.
• Provide customers with routine updates on repair status and estimated completion timelines.
• Assist with preparing repair quotations by gathering labor, material, and parts information.
• Support technicians by coordinating job paperwork and documentation.
• Enter job information accurately into ERP and business systems.
• Maintain service records, customer files, and repair documentation.
