Working under close guidance, this role develops foundational knowledge of repair processes, quoting, and customer communication while building the skills needed for increased responsibility.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service and repair activities
• Process service requests and maintain accurate records within company systems

• Assist with preparing repair quotations by gathering labor, material, and parts information

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial repair processes
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
