Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical or trade school training preferred.
• 2–4 years in industrial mechanical maintenance or field service.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, alignment, dismantling, and movement of industrial machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance on rotating and fixed equipment.
• Inspect components for wear and alignment issues.
• Use precision measuring tools and read blueprints/schematics.
• Maintain records in CMMS or job tracking systems.
• Work with technicians, engineers, and electricians on installations and repairs.
