Village Cadillac Toyota in Citrus County seeks a Service Receptionist to warmly greet guests and manage front-desk duties for the Service and Sales Departments. You will be the first point of contact, routing inquiries and supporting various departments with information and coordination.

The role requires professional communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, including phone routing and clerical support, in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; some post-high school education or training preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.

Job Description

The Service Receptionist answers incoming telephone calls and greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner for the Service Department, and the Sales Department as scheduled. As the initial point of contact, the Receptionist represents the Dimmitt servant heartculture by being a pro-active listener and information source who knows all points-of-contact for every department within the company to promptly assist guests and callers. In addition, the Receptionist performs administrative duties and operates a multi-line phone system for call routing.
