Job summary

Village Cadillac Toyota, Citrus County's largest volume dealer, is seeking a courteous driver/service desk helper to support daily operations and customer interactions. You will greet customers, verify data, route to quick-service, maintain records, schedule daily activities for courtesy drivers, and assist service advisors.

A high school diploma and valid Florida driver's license are required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with good driving record.
• Read and comprehend instructions clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain liaison with customers, fleets or leasing companies.
• Make outbound calls to engage customers and promote internal services.
• Greet customers, verify data, and route to appropriate service desks.
• Maintain department correspondence and files.
• Schedule daily activities for courtesy drivers and reminders for reservations.
• Resolve customer problems and ensure service reservations are up to date.

Job Description

1. Maintain liaison with volume customers, such as fleet owners or leasing companies.
2. Make outbound phone calls to engage with customers and promote internal services and/or current programs.
3. Maintain department correspondence and files.
4. Administer alternate transportation programs.
5. Resolve customer problems and complaints.
6. Maintain service reservations system.
7. Make reminder calls to customers in advance of their reservation.
8. Greet customers, assign sequence numbers, obtain and verify customer and vehicle data, and retrieve vehicle history files.
9. Route appropriate customers to quick-service operations.
10. Maintain housekeeping and organization of personal work area.
11. Schedule daily activities for all courtesy drivers.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Training
