Job summary

Village Cadillac Toyota is seeking a customer-focused team member for the service department. You will interact with fleet owners and leasing companies, make outbound calls to promote programs, and maintain files and reservations.

The role requires organizing daily activities for courtesy drivers and ensuring smooth service scheduling. You will resolve customer issues, verify vehicle data, and coordinate with service advisors to schedule repairs, while upholding a professional image and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; in-state driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Job Description

1. Maintain liaison with volume customers, such as fleet owners or leasing companies.
2. Make outbound phone calls to engage with customers and promote internal services and/or current programs.
3. Maintain department correspondence and files.
4. Administer alternate transportation programs.
5. Resolve customer problems and complaints.
6. Maintain service reservations system.
7. Make reminder calls to customers in advance of their reservation.
8. Greet customers, assign sequence numbers, obtain and verify customer and vehicle data, and retrieve vehicle history files.
9. Route appropriate customers to quick-service operations.
10. Maintain housekeeping and organization of personal work area.
11. Schedule daily activities for all courtesy drivers.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Training

High School diploma or the equivalent

or one to three months of related experience/training.
