Job summary

Precor Incorporated in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Service Readiness Manager to lead the Service Readiness program, partnering with Product, Engineering, Customer Service and Training to bake readiness into the product lifecycle from design to end-of-life.

You will define processes, governance, and performance metrics, driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring the organization can launch with complete service assets, content, and support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs in product, service, or operations.
• Experience guiding products through design, launch, and ongoing support.
• Ability to identify issues using data and AI-driven approaches.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Readiness program, including charter, governance, and scorecards.
• Partner with Product and Engineering, Customer Service, Service Operations, Training, and partners to build readiness into the lifecycle.
• Drive launches with complete service assets, parts, drawings, documentation, and training content.
• Oversee post-launch stabilization and continuous improvement using field data and feedback.
• Lead product retirement and end-of-life readiness activities.
• Develop and mentor the Service Readiness team and cross-functional stakeholders.
