Job summary

Polaris Inc. seeks a Program Management Leader (Service Readiness) to drive on‑time readiness for vehicle programs. You will own planning, governance, and cross‑functional coordination across engineering, service, and product teams to ensure milestones and readiness for launches.

You will develop schedules, standards, and RASCI frameworks; mitigate risks; and support dealer and customer ownership experiences through Lean improvements and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Project Management, Service, SIOP, Engineering, or related areas.
• Ability to influence across functions and organisational levels.
• Professional, concise, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional groups for vehicle projects.
• Lead cross‑functional Service readiness meetings and align strategies and ownership.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; adjust service deliverables as needed.
• Create a roadmap for integrating Service deliverables into development processes.
• Develop standards and RASCI for vehicle program Service readiness.
• Coordinate with engineers, managers, and product stakeholders to keep data current.
• Identify schedule risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate content reviews for timely stakeholder feedback.
• Group and assign part numbers for manuals and service docs.
• Apply LEAN and process improvements to strengthen readiness execution.
