Job summary

Trissential, LLC is seeking a Program Management Leader - Service Readiness in Minneapolis, MN. You will drive service readiness across multiple vehicle programs, coordinating with engineering, product and operations to ensure timely launches and risk mitigation.

You will organize cross-functional meetings, create development roadmaps, and establish governance and RASCI for robust program execution. A strong PM background and LEAN experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, Project Management, Operations, or related field required.
• PM certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or Lean are a plus.
• 5+ years in Program/Project Management, Service Operations, Engineering or related functions.
• Strong planning, scheduling, coordination and admin skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead service readiness activities across multiple vehicle programs ensuring on-time deliverables.
• Organize cross-functional meetings to establish accountability and alignment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with milestones.
• Create roadmaps integrating service deliverables into development processes.
• Establish service readiness standards, governance, schedules and RASCI frames.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, product and operations stakeholders.
• Identify risks and devise mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate content reviews and approvals for timely engagement.
• Oversee service documentation such as manuals and parts books.
• Apply LEAN thinking to optimize processes and execution.
