Job summary

Assurant, Inc. is seeking a service provider location agent in the United States to manually locate service providers when automated processes fail.

You will use multiple tools to search our network and complete customer requests in a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST. The role emphasizes documenting actions, identifying patterns, taking ownership of incidents in the locating panel, and training new team members.

Qualifications
