Job summary

Assurant is seeking Licensed Associate Sales Agents to join a fast-paced team with the option to work remotely from home. The role centers on handling inbound calls to sell Renters Insurance, Classic Car insurance, and other products, with a quarterly bonus potential and a busy, performance-driven environment.

Hours include 8AM–10PM ET on weekdays and 10AM–5PM ET on Saturdays; shifts may vary through a bid process. Bilingual ability is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Inbound sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for Renters Insurance, Classic Car insurance, and other products with no prospecting or cold calling.
• Make outbound follow-up calls on existing quotes (approx. 10%).
• Establish a liaison with customers and explain insurance products.
• Meet monthly sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Monitor personal results and maintain accurate data entry.
• Follow underwriting rules and corporate policies during sales.
• Utilize computer systems and applications for information gathering and processing.
• Complete licensure continuing education and training as required.
• Stay informed about policy changes affecting work.
