Job summary

Assurant Renters Solutions is seeking a Licensed Insurance Specialist to handle high-volume inbound calls, guide policyholders, and resolve inquiries with empathy. This remote, full-time role supports policies, billing, endorsements, and claims while processing documents and maintaining accuracy.

The position requires a Property and Casualty license, 2+ years in insurance customer service, strong multitasking and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producer/General or Personal Lines required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience in insurance.
• Ability to manage high call volumes with professionalism.
• Strong multitasking and independent work skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from policyholders and clients.
• Provide guidance and resolve inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims.
• Process and issue insurance documents including policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies and processing errors with accuracy.
• Navigate multiple systems and collaborate with internal departments and external clients.
