Job summary

Control Air, a leading Southern California mechanical contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Service Division. You will oversee planning, execution, and financial performance of service projects, coordinating with customers, field teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Travel to project sites in Orange County and Los Angeles is required.

Qualifications

• PM experience in mechanical/HVAC/construction service preferred.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation skills.
• Able to read drawings and scopes of work.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing subcontractors, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with MS Office and project management software.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and financially manage service projects.
• Liaise between customers, field teams, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Develop project scopes, labor estimates, and pricing for proposals.
• Create and uphold Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for execution.
• Maintain project documentation: schedules, change orders, start-up/close-out packs, O&M manuals, warranties.
• Oversee subcontractor relationships and contracts.
