Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking an innovative HVAC Project Manager for Orange County, CA. You will oversee mechanical piping projects, procure subs and equipment, and maintain close client contact to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements include 5-10+ years of HVAC/MEPM experience, BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a PE license. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam, Quickpen, Excel, MS Project, and Navisworks is expected. Local OC candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in HVAC or mechanical project management.
• Experience in design, estimating, and PM of large-scale mechanical projects.
• PE license preferred or required depending on project.

Responsibilities

• Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors.
• Develop piping trade construction standards for the project.
• Follow up on warranty work and maintain owner contact for satisfaction.
• Estimate changes in scope of work.
• Manage large projects with minimal supervision.
• Inspect jobsite for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety.
