Job summary

Trane Technologies in Charleston, SC, seeks a Service Project Administrator to support project documentation, procurement, and invoicing from award to close-out. You will work with Area Service Managers and project teams to ensure timely delivery and contract compliance.

This role requires strong communication, detail-orientation, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with financial systems and basic accounting is a plus; HVAC familiarity is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Follow established standard work and processes using enterprise systems.
• Coordinate the transition of projects from Sales to Operations within enterprise systems.
• Administer projects through the life cycle to ensure contract compliance and delivery.
• Manage procurement per project requirements; issue POs and subcontracts to qualified vendors.
• Coordinate monthly invoicing to ensure timely, accurate billing.
• Record project costs with time sheets, forecasting, and vendor invoices.
