Job summary

Olympus Controls is expanding its service business and seeking a Service Program Manager to define the service offering, pricing, and delivery framework while coordinating with field technicians and leadership. Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service experience in industrial automation or similar.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience launching or scaling a service program or field service business.
• Experience with service contract structures and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Define and launch our service offering, including preventive maintenance packages and standard quote formats.
• Develop pricing and margin model for service contracts and establish contract structures and terms.
• Design and implement processes and systems to run a service operation (tracking, dispatch, scheduling).
• Establish service KPIs and report against them to leadership.
• Supervise, mentor and evaluate field service technicians and engineers.
