Job summary

Window Nation is seeking a Service Processor to engage with customers, triage post-installation service requests, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service delivery. You will maintain clear CRM notes and provide a high-quality, personalized customer experience across a busy service pod.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, CRM experience, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with a fast-paced environment and performance-driven expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience, including call centers or customer care centers.
• Experience working in a CRM system or other customer tracking software.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and maintain a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Engage, listen, and resolve customer issues to provide a highly personalized experience.
• Triage service-related issues related to installed Window Nation products.
• Research customer inquiries quickly and thoroughly.
• Ensure scheduling stakeholders can accurately and efficiently schedule service requests.
• Demonstrate product knowledge during interactions with customers and vendor partners.
• Order service parts and coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Keep customer accounts updated in the CRM and communicate progress regularly.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics.
