Acura of Honolulu, part of Lithia Motors, is seeking a Service Porter to greet customers and support our service team as vehicles arrive for maintenance.

You will assist advisors, move cars around the service drive, keep the lot tidy, handle basic clerical tasks, and help ensure a smooth, friendly customer experience. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. You may also assist shuttle drivers and report safety concerns as needed.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older.
• 1+ years automotive knowledge or exposure.
• Basic computer skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license in your state.

Responsabilidades

• Greet service customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist the service advisor and identify the customer's appointment.
• Drive vehicles from the service lane to proper locations in the service parking lot.
• Retrieve customer vehicles when their bill is paid or directed by the advisor.
• Maintain the parking lot and a clean, organized work area.
• Assist the Service Receptionist with calls and basic tasks.
• Support shuttle driver when needed and perform clerical duties as assigned.
• Report safety or security concerns to management.

You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.What You'll DoGreet and welcome service customers in a genuinely friendly and courteous manner. Assist all customers promptly and professionally.Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel cover, and floor mats in vehicles arriving for service.Identify the service advisor with whom the customer has an appointment and notify that advisor.Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot.Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid or as directed by the advisor.Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.
