Summary Description
Moves and cleans motorcycles, keeps the motorcycles in sound working condition, and helps the Service Manager as requested.
Job Title: Lot Porter

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, dependable, high-quality service to internal and external customers.
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clean, efficient work areas and service facility, including company property such as work trucks and trailers.
- Transferring units in and out of the Service Department.
- Operate forklifts.
- Wash and detail all units.
- Unload new units from freight trucks.
- Assemble and perform PDI on new units.
- Maintain the entire lot.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of motorcycle experience.
- Capable of pushing and loading motorcycles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement.
- Clean driving record.
- Knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and related products, or ability to learn quickly.
- Passion for motorcycling and riding community.
- Attention to detail.
- High energy level.
- Positive attitude and good relationships with colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Meet deadlines promptly.
Physical Demands
- Use of both hands.
- Bending, crouching, reaching, handling tools, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Balance and push motorcycles over 800 lbs.
Working Conditions
- Typically loud environment.
- Potential exposure to battery acid, gasoline, chemicals, and exhaust fumes.
- Work near moving mechanical parts.
