WHAT OUR PORTERS DO

The primary role of our porters is to keep our centers clean and sanitized, ensuring a great experience for our guests. If you’re committed to cleanliness and guest satisfaction, you’ve come to the right place.

A PORTER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Maintain cleanliness and guest readiness of the center, inside and out
• Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
• Address issues quickly and safely, such as pin jams and malfunctions
• Perform minor building maintenance as needed

• Proven success in school or previous job experience
• Strong team player and multi-tasker
• Effective communication skills
• Commitment to excellent guest service
