Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin is seeking a licensed plumber to join our bold, service-focused team. You will diagnose and repair plumbing systems, guide apprentices, and deliver high-quality customer service on every call.

We value hands-on expertise across leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, drains, and fixtures. You’ll operate Service Titan on-site with a company-provided truck and tools, while developing your trade through continuous education and team

Qualifications

• Licensed plumber with valid Tra desman/Journeyman/Master license.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in last 3 years.
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
• Proficient with iPad and Service Titan software.
• Customer-focused diagnostic and sales skills in plumbing repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems on service calls.
• Guide and train an apprentice on-site.
• Provide excellent customer service and sell repairs when appropriate.

What you need:

• A Tradesman, Journeyman, or Masters Plumbing License
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
