Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking a licensed plumber to lead on-site service calls in Austin, TX. The role includes diagnosing plumbing issues, selling repairs, and mentoring an apprentice. You will use Service Titan and an iPad to manage jobs, with a focus on exceptional customer service and reliability.

Candidates should hold a Tradesman/Journeyman/Master license and a clean driving record. The position offers a stable full-time path with company-provided tools and ongoing

Qualifications

• Licensed plumber with Tradesman/Journeyman/Master license.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
• Experience diagnosing and selling plumbing repairs (leaks, tanks, water heaters).
• Experience using iPad and Service Titan software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and sell plumbing repairs to customers.
• Guide and train an apprentice on site.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trust with customers.
• Operate Service Titan on iPad to manage jobs and scheduling.

What you need:

• A Tradesman, Journeyman, or Masters Plumbing License
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
