Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin, TX is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice prepared to join a bold, customer‑focused team. You’ll diagnose issues, present repair options, and build trust with homeowners while acquiring hands‑on experience in residential service.

A valid Plumbing Apprentice Card (ideally 1,000+ hours), 1+ year plumbing experience, and a Friday–Tuesday schedule are required. You’ll use ServiceTitan on an iPad and enjoy company benefits, training, and a supportive,

Qualifications

• 1+ year plumbing experience; residential service experience highly preferred.
• Must have a Plumbing Apprentice Card (Ideally 1,000+ hours logged).
• Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software.
• Passion for residential service plumbing and delivering 5-star customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing plumbing issues and presenting repair options to customers.
• Use iPad and ServiceTitan to document service calls and communicate with customers.
• Provide high-quality residential plumbing service and educate customers on repairs.

• $18-23/hr based on experience and endorsements

What You Need:

• A Plumbing Apprentice Card (Ideally 1,000+ hours logged)
• 1+ years of plumbing experience; residential service experience highly preferred
• Must be available to work a Friday - Tuesday schedule
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software
• Assist in diagnosing plumbing issues and presenting repair options to customers
• Familiarity with plumbing repair, including leak detection, tankless water heaters, water filtration systems, traditional water heaters, plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
• Passion for residential service plumbing and delivering 5-star customer service
