Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Service Plumbing Apprentice to join our team in San Antonio. The role involves diagnosing plumbing issues, assisting with repairs, and selling repair options to customers using Service Titan on an iPad.

A Plumbing Apprentice Card and 1+ year of residential service plumbing experience are required. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, wellness days, paid holidays,

Qualifications

• Must have Plumbing Apprentice Card (Ideally 1000+ hours logged).
• 1+ year of plumbing experience, Residential Service experience is a MUST.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software.
• Assist in diagnosing and selling the repair to the customer.
• Familiarity with plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and present repair options to customers.
• Perform residential service plumbing tasks with quality and safety.
• Utilize Service Titan and iPad for job documentation and estimates.
• Provide 5-star service to customers.

What you need:
