CFMOTO USA is seeking a Service Parts Portfolio Manager, PG&A, to lead strategy, management, and optimization of service parts and accessories through their lifecycle. You will ensure accurate product data, inventory availability, dealer support, and operational excellence, acting as the SME across service, purchasing, warranty, and dealer support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within Powersports, automotive, or a related industry.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient with Word and Outlook.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and dealers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with a service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Sets service parts strategies to support PG&A and acts as SME for service parts.
• Maintains parts data in ERP including pricing, min/max, obsolescence.
• Leads parts catalogue data entry, ERP integration, and data quality.
• Coordinates with dealer support to resolve parts and accessory issues.
• Produces monthly warranty and inventory reports.
• Identifies obsolescence and plans lifecycle actions.
