Job summary

Milwaukee Tool Corporation is seeking a Service Parts Coordinator to manage service parts across the product lifecycle, ensuring parts availability, accuracy, and timely delivery for internal partners and customers.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain to forecast parts, update pricing, and drive improvements in data, inventories, and processes for service parts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar area.
• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in product service, product development or management, supply chain, continuous improvement, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel); ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Part Project Leaders in developing and reviewing Service Parts Lists for accuracy and on-time completion.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Product Marketing to forecast first-year buy quantities for service parts.
• Create and update service part quotes and pricing with global Sourcing and Manufacturing teams.
• Ensure service part item master data is accurate and complete with Master Data Team.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to have service parts in stock for product launches.
• Review product changes with Engineering and drive updates to service part data, costs, inventories.
• Engage in project reviews and provide updates on deliverables.
• Support Quality initiatives and RCCM activities.
• Assist service hubs and branches with inventory analyses and service-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Distribution on excess & obsolete activities and reporting.
• Report on service parts performance relative to KPIs and serve as internal contact for service part information.
• Prepare analyses and reports to support above activities.
